The manufacturer had a special which meant we got a dishwasher as well. In the end we chose a new cooktop and oven. The staff here was also good at explaining features and processing our order. The showroom is well organized and makes it easy to see the various appliances side by side. I was referred here by Marin Kitchen, the company replacing our countertops. I then told her we would just leave an I don’t think she or the male receptionist cared at all.As a customer coming into your building willing to spend $30,000 on appliances you should be kind to them greet the customer with a smile as they come, in an most important take care of the customer after all without the customer there’s no job!!!! I think this place has forgot about customer service.I had a great experience with Monark Premium Appliance. after 10 minutes or so this older lady comes out advising me they couldn’t find me in there system so I said ok I guess will half to start over an asked her if she was ready she looked as if we were bothering her an she made us feel like we had just inconvenienced her, she didn’t want to help us at all, I even said to her that she was making us feel very unwelcomed and she had no response. I went back today to the store and was greeted by a male receptionist who was very rude could not find me or my quote in there system so he told me to walk around and someone would eventually get to me. I went into this location about a month ago to pick out my appliances for my new kitchen we were designing I sp/w a gentleman there but couldn’t remember his name he was very helpful and emailed me a quote totaling a little over $30,000 which is allot for appliances but I was going for the quality so it was fine. I hardly ever give a review as I know most people have off days but I drove 2 hours to get the Absolutely worst customer service ever if I could give them a zero I would. If you are looking for personal, knowledgeable, responsive service I would highly recommend going to Monark. It is a beautiful looking range, it boils water quickly and not only does it have one extra low option but it has two!! I love it and I am extremely happy and it is better than the thermador that I previously had and it is less expensive which was a unexpected bonus. Our kitchen is completed and I have been cooking with the FULGOR range top for two weeks now. Needless to say I felt I did not have a choice, I didn’t know anything about this product but Josue promised me I would love it. Josue recommend to replace my thermador with a FULGOR, which I have never heard of.

Well in October I received a call from Josue saying my thermador range top coming from Europe would not be here until 2021. I use it all the time when I prepare sauces or soups. This extra low option is very important to me. Our original order contained a 177 bottle wine refrigerator, a Bosch cabinet depth refrigerator and a absolute must on my list a thermador range top with the ability to have an extra low option. Because of COVID, getting appliances could have been a challenge. My husband and I were renovating our kitchen and were replacing some of our appliances. If you need appliances and are looking for a knowledgeable person to guide you through the process, I would recommend you go to Monark premium Appliance and make an appointment with Josue Daza.
